Hi, I’m Jenny Richason, MD
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with nearly 20 years of experience in medicine and psychiatry. I practice humanistic, integrative psychiatry and take time to understand the whole person, including their life experiences, relationships, values, goals, strengths, and struggles.
My approach combines thoughtful medication management with evidence-informed supplements, lifestyle and nervous system support, and therapeutic work grounded in empathy and collaboration. I want each person to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their care.
I primarily work with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, attention and focus challenges, obsessive-compulsive patterns, grief, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable. They may appear to be functioning well on the outside while feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally.
I also make space for the deeper questions that can arise during difficult seasons, including questions of identity, meaning, purpose, and growth.
My goal is to help people better understand themselves, feel more steady and connected, and move toward a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
